Without a biodegradable alternative, these particles would break down and end up in the Danube, Sava, Morava rivers, soil, and the food chain.

42,721 liters is equivalent to the daily drinking water needs of more than 21,000 people.

12.728 kg smanjenih emisija odgovara više od 600 dana neprekidne apsorpcije CO₂ od strane odraslog drveta.

12,728 kg of reduced emissions corresponds to more than 600 days of continuous CO₂ absorption by a mature tree.

Deponija Vinča je blizu kapaciteta — svaki uštеđeni m³ prostora realno produžava njen radni vek.

Methodology

Svaki proizvod u našem asortimanu ima definisan konverzioni faktor — razliku u materijalu, energiji i vodi u odnosu na konvencionalnu PP/PS plastičnu alternativu koju zamenjuje.

Every product in our range has a defined conversion factor — the difference in material, energy, and water compared to the conventional PP/PS plastic alternative it replaces.

🚫 PlastikaPlastic

Za svaki proizvod merimo tačnu težinu PP/PS plastike koju biorazgradiva alternativa zamenjuje — od čaše do slamčice. Svaki gram manje znači manje plastike koja nikada neće biti razgrađena u prirodi.

For every product, we calculate the exact weight of PP/PS plastic the biodegradable alternative replaces — from cups to straws. Every gram less means less plastic that will never need to break down in nature.

🔬 MikroplastikaMicroplastics

Konvencionalna plastika se vremenom fragmentiše na čestice manje od 5mm koje se ne mogu filtrirati iz vode ili zemljišta. Naš konverzioni faktor procenjuje broj takvih čestica koje izbegnuta plastika ne stvara, oslanjajući se na naučnu literaturu o fragmentaciji plastike.

Conventional plastic fragments over time into particles smaller than 5mm that cannot be filtered from water or soil. Our conversion factor estimates the number of such particles the avoided plastic does not create, based on peer-reviewed literature on plastic fragmentation.

💨 CO₂ emisijeCO₂ Emissions

Proizvodnja PP/PS plastike je energetski zahtevna i zasnovana na fosilnim gorivima. Biorazgradivi materijali (papir, drvo, šećerna trska) imaju značajno niži ugljenični otisak kroz ceo životni ciklus.

PP/PS plastic production is energy-intensive and fossil-fuel based. Biodegradable materials (paper, wood, sugarcane) carry a significantly lower carbon footprint across their full life cycle.

💧 Voda i naftaWater & Oil

Proizvodnja plastike iz sirove nafte troši velike količine vode za hlađenje i preradu. Prelaskom na biorazgradive materijale, ta potrošnja se izbegava po jedinici proizvoda.

Producing plastic from crude oil consumes large volumes of water for cooling and refining. Switching to biodegradable materials avoids this consumption on a per-unit basis.
